View and subscribe to Astra status updates
The DataStax Astra System Status page shows incident and uptime history for Astra. Subscribe to the system to receive status updates by email, text message, Slack, or webhook.

Click SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES.

Select an option to receive the updates:

Email: Receive notifications whenever Astra DB creates, updates, or resolves an incident.

Phone: Receive text messages whenever Astra DB creates or resolves an incident.

Slack: Receive incident updates and maintenance status messages in Slack.

Webhook: Receive notifications whenever Astra DB creates an incident, updates an incident, resolves an incident, or changes a component status.
Check your settings to ensure you can receive email and text messages. Text message subscriptions are only enabled for Astra DB paid plans. You cannot configure any message until you activate your database with a paid plan.

Clear the checkboxes next to the items you don’t want to be notified about.

Click Save. When your subscriptions are complete, a confirmation messages appears at the top of your screen.

Scroll down to review any past incidents, which are separated by plan.
Optionally, click View historical uptime to see the uptime for a given month.
