Reset your password
You can change your password at any time. All passwords must meet the following requirements:

Includes at least 8 characters, a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, and a number.

Does not include parts of your username.

Is not any of your last four passwords.

Click your account avatar in the lower left corner in the Astra Portal.

Click Account Settings from the menu.

Click Reset My Password.

Make sure your email address is correct, and click Confirm.
If you would like to use another email, you can contact us via Intercom chat for help.

In the "Account password reset" email, click Reset Password.

Enter your new password and repeat it. Click Reset Password.

You can access the Astra Portal with your new password.
